Garments Rental Policies

Cleaning

All garment pieces must be returned complete and undamaged. Anything returned will be assessed, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if required, or the deposit may be forfeited.

Alterations

Garments may not be altered to fit and must be returned in their original condition. If a garment is returned altered or damaged, fees will be charged.

These are the list of the following lost items that have a valued amount to pay:

• Hanger
• Dress Bag
• Accessories

Deposits

All rentals require a security deposit. The standard security deposit rate is based on the rules you have read and should be submitted before the garment is given to the client.

Please note that rescheduling the date prior to your submitted date in our shop may incur a penalty or forfeited deposit. Your security deposit will automatically be FORFEITED if you cancel your reservation or if the items are lost or damaged, plus an additional fee for the item.

Fees

Our rental fees are determined on a per-piece basis. If the rental time exceeds the agreed-upon rental period of 48 hours, a charge of 1,000 PHP will be added for each additional day.

Shipping and Return (E-Stocking Fees)

Any garments pulled out from our shop and shipped through a courier must have the shipping costs shouldered by our client and be returned on the agreed-upon day and time. (Note: The security deposit cannot be used for your shipping fee). Your security deposit will be refunded after checking all the garments in our shop.
